- is feeling depressed or anxious (especially if nothing you've tried is working)
- feels like therapy probably won't work or isn't for them
- worries that they might be heading towards burnout or are actually experiencing burnout
- is aware their childhood experiences are negatively influencing their present day responses
- finds themselves stuck in patterns of behaviour that they would like to change
- struggles with people pleasing and perfectionism
- looks from the outside like they 'have it all' but internally are struggling to feel okay
- just needs help 'sorting their s**t out'!
